hi . i am 22 year. 5.6 incher and 50 kg . too skiny .
need to know how to gain weight?
please suggest me .

I was 97 lbs 5'3' until I was 30 yrs old. Then I started gaining weight fast. I had to lose some. After that when I turned 40 I gained and couldn't lose it without a struggle. I know this might sound bad to you but I wish I could get back to the 97 lbs. I am now 59 and fight to weigh 128. most of it in my stomach. If you wait you will notice your metabolisim change. Right now you are prob a very active person. As we get older we slow down and so does our rate of digestion goes down. Enjoy being skinny. Nothing lasts forever. Are your parents that thin ? It sometimes helps to look to past generations to see what we will become.
