Weezing Cough

I have a bad wheezing cough. I have had pnemonia twice in my life. My mom has some Cefilexin from Mexico. Is it the right medicine to take for my cough? What dosage should I take?

Cehpalexin is an antibiotic, it is used to treat or prevent infections, so it will not help with a cough, unless an infection is the underlying cause.

Have you consulted your doctor? With your history of pneumonia, you should do so, as soon as possible, to get proper treatment, if necessary.
