Wave Or S Imprint On Peach Colored Pill - Other Side Blank

just found a peach colored pill with a wave or a slim looking 's' on one side, nothing on the other side.
it looked pharmasuitical and was coated.

no idea what it was.... any thoughts?

ok, so a day later and zero side effects, so it isnt anything 'special' like an upper or a downer.

closest research i could find is that its most likely an anti-hystemine or a fertility pill.

hope my semen doesnt turn into babies. lol.
