That is correct, it is a generic for Norco. NDC code: 00904-6420, it is now distributed by Major Pharmaceuticals.
The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
Inactive ingredients may include:
croscarmellose sodium
crospovidone
magnesium stearate
microcrystalline cellulose
povidone
corn starch
stearic acid
