I noticed that you didn't mention your location. From what I can tell Cherokee Hills Pharmacies appear to be Oklahoma based.
We certainly don't have one of those pharmacies here in Idaho. But all I really wanted to say was that you may have to visit several different pharmacies in your area until you find one that is willing and able to fill your prescription with the correct manufacturer that works best for you. Perhaps one type of question to ask them would be, "which manufacturer do you order your generic vicodin from?" ...and then proceed to tell them why it's important that you have a working medication, maybe the inactive ingredients don't sit well, etc...and just try to build a good rapport with them so they'll want to keep working with you to make things right. Who knows, maybe they'll make that extra call to the manufacturer for a new order.
