Is the marking actually V 3094 as Joe has stated?

If so, Qualitest Pharmaceuticals lists it as containing 5mgs of Prednisone, which is used to treat allergic reactions, inflammation, and immune disorders.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, fluid retention, weight gain, acne, and headache.
