Did you by chance mean to say Watson "853" as opposed to "653"? I have not seen any white oblong pills with Watson 653.

However, a white oblong pill imprinted with Watson 853 reportedly contains Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (325 mg / 10 mg); used for moderate to severe pain.

For verification, it carries a National Drug Code of 00591-0853. Please also note that this pill used to be yellow, until the new manufacturer (Actavis) changed it to white.
