I believe the marking on the tablet in question may have been WATSON 853 and it contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, which is a narcotic pain reliever.

This medication may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation.
