Your question is a little confusing because in one place you have Watson 5443, and in another you have Dan Dan 5443. I am assuming it is Dan Dan 5443 because the other characteristics you list match. This is an anti-imflammatory, steroidal medication called Prednisone. It is used to reduce the imflammation in the joints, lungs, heart and many other types of imflammation. Side effects include ravenous hunger, insomnia, dizziness, among other side effects.
Watson purchased the rights to manufacture this medication, so they are now listed as the manufacturer, and one of their licensed distributors is McKesson Packaging Services. NDC code: 63739-0588 They do list it as containing 20mgs of Prednisone, which is a steroid class medication that is used to treat allergic reactions, immune disorders, and swelling.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, acne, mood changes, insomnia, fluid retention, and weight gain.
Though they may vary, depending on production facility, inactive ingredients may include:
lactose anhydrous
crospovidone
docusate sodium
magnesium stearate
sodium benzoate
silicon dioxide colloidal
FD&C Yellow No. 6
Is there anything I can help with?
