Watson 540 White Pill

Everything is normal except the four is connected at the top and not open what's up with that?

If these were recently obtained, there is a chance they are counterfeit, as Watson is no longer manufacturing these. All such medications with more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose were discontinued as of the first of this year.

Do you happen to know where these tablets came from?
