Can you please double check the marking? Is it possibly WATSON 853?
If so, Watson lists this tablet as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Was this something ever prescribed for you?
The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
