Please help me ID a white pill with watson 349 imprinteed on it...

This tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Vicodin, this is a narcotic pain reliever.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
