Watson 3450 Vs Kadian 30mg

Does anyone know the difference between Kadian 30 mg to Watson 3450. My Kadian was just changed to the Watson pill and I am now in withdrawal. What is the difference?

Kadian is the Brand name for Morphine Sulfate Extented Release capsules, it is made by Actavis.

Watson 3450 is a purple/white capsule and contains 30 mgs Morphine Sulfate Extented Release.

The amount of medication in a Brand and a generic may vary. The Brands have exact medication whereas generics may vary. For example, if you have a generic that says 10 mgs, there can be 8 mgs-12 mgs of medication in it.
