Hello, Carol! How are you?
Since they are all nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories, you should be able to just make a smooth transition by replacing the Meloxicam with one of the others, when it's time to take your next dose, as long as your doctor approves.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach pain.
Is there anything else I can help with?
