Walgreens Shorted Me My Pills
UpdatedFor quite some time now, I have counted my Pills from Walgreens and the Count Was Short a few times already. Now I'm short on Neurontin Pills I didn't Count; And I'm Short Of My Pills For A Few Days!!!! Which means I have to do without my Medication for a Few Days and To SUFFER because they MISCOUNTED MY PILLS NO TELLING HOW MANY TIMES!!!! I've thought other Prescriptions were SHORT COUNTED in the Past...BUT NOW I HAVE TO DO WITHOUT SOME OF MY MEDICINE FOR SEVERAL DAYS!!! WHAT CAN I DO TO PROTECT MYSELF FROM WALGREENS PHARMACY?!!!!

@Rhett2100,
I'm very sorry to hear about your situation with Walgreens. Miscounted pills are something you don't typically hear about too often, but to do it on multiple occasions like that is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion as well! What's worse is that they have no honest way for patients to dispute this kind of mistake without it sounding like you could've sold a few directly after getting your prescription. They're trained to watch out for that type of stuff like a hawk! But they aren't trained nearly well enough when it comes to handling customer service and admitting to an "unlikely" mistake of that nature. So you may have to firmly get on their case about it in order to show them just how serious you really are.
Although at the end of the day, it would probably be best to switch pharmacies or at least try filling your prescription at another location that doesn't have the same employees who were constantly miscounting pills.
