Walgreens Shorted Me My Medication Pills

For quite some time now, I have counted my Pills from Walgreens and the Count Was Short a few times already. Now I'm short on Neurontin Pills I didn't Count; And I'm Short Of My Pills For A Few Days!!!! Which means I have to do without my Medication for a Few Days and To SUFFER because they MISCOUNTED MY PILLS NO TELLING HOW MANY TIMES!!!! I've thought other Prescriptions were SHORT COUNTED in the Past...BUT NOW I HAVE TO DO WITHOUT SOME OF MY MEDICINE FOR SEVERAL DAYS!!! WHAT CAN I DO TO PROTECT MYSELF FROM WALGREENS PHARMACY?!!!!

You will need to start counting them there at the counter, unfortunately. I don't use Walgreens anymore.

Hello, Rhett! How are you?

If it's just Neurontin, you should be able to get it refilled a few days before it's due. It is not a narcotic that's under strict control.

As to the problem with being shorted. you need to make sure to inform the pharmacy, so they can check into it and you may want to consider switching pharmacies if it has been happening regularly.

Today I discovered I was shorted 5 pills of Plavix at my Walgreens. I called them immediately and let them know. The pharmacist called back in an hour and informed me he counted their stock and they had the extra 5 pills, so I can pick them up tomorrow.
Don't know what's going on, but I'm satisfied with their response. From now on, I will count any pills I pick up before I leave the counter. Sad state of affairs. Are they just too busy or short of personnel?

This is the second time walgreens has shorted me twenty norcos pills. How can you miscount that many. One or two I can understand. The first time this happened they did go back and look at the footage and realized they did short me. I still have yet to call them back for the second time.
