I picked up a prescrition for ambien (zolpidem) The tablets looked differant than usual. The number on the tablet is w715

The way a tablet looks has nothing to do with what is in it. Each company that manufactures a medication will put a different marking on it and, in most cases, make a different looking tablet. Pharmacies tend to purchase their generics according to whomever offers the cheapest medication at the time they have to restock their supply.

This tablet contains 10mgs of Zolpidem, a generic for Ambien.
