This is an Electolyte pill, Potassium Chloride 20meqs. Having low potassium in the body can result in severe problems including cardiac arrest, such as that experienced by sufferers of Cushings Disease, and on those occasions, it is necessary to use a medication to alleviate the potassium deficiency.
