I'm not finding a listing for this, anywhere.

Was it found in the U.S.?

It could possibly be a foreign pill or something over the counter.

I could swear the marking is familiar, but I am just not finding it.

I purchased generic Zyrtec at a Dollar Tree store and the white pill is small and has w-989 on it.

Have a pill that is round and white. On one side it says W 989. The other side is blank. Please does anybody know what it is?

As the other posters have stated, this has been identified as a generic or store brand of Zyrtec, containing 10mgs of Cetirizine, used to treat allergies.

it is a pill for allergies the tiny package it is in says antihistamine on it which is used for allergy relief.
