Vyvanse Urine Drug Screen

this is a random question, I was at a friends and she had her son's vyvanse 70 mg daily dose in a sinus med bottle. I took it assuming it was sinus med then had a urine drug screen 36 hours later and was told I had high level amphetamine in the test. is that possible after that long with one 60mg capsule
