This is Vicoprofen, fairly new to the prescription market, like Vicoden but instead of Acetaminophen it contains Ibuprofen.

This one contains Ibuprofen 200mgs and Hydrocodone 7.5mgs. These were designed for people who have trouble taking Acetaminophen or who have been taking it far to long but still need an effective narcotic pain reliever.
