I'm not sure what medication name you mean, there are several that are similar, because the name brands of most of that class use the endings of erol.

However, what I can tell you is that they all basically contain Epinephrine, which is a hormone that acts as a stimulant. Our bodies even naturally produce it in times of stress, it's what you often hear referred to as the 'adrenalin rush'.
