Voice Change, Slurring

My sister started taking synbicort months ago, at first she was losing her voice, now she is slurring.

The hoarseness can be normal, when someone first starts using such a medication. However, the slurring is a concern and is something that should be checked out by her doctor. It may be nothing, or it could be due to something serious like a stroke.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly include dizziness, headache, nervousness and mood changes.

She is doing good. She stopped using it for a few days, voice sounds better. She told dr. He wasnt concerned. Thanks. I appreciate your reply.
