Voglibose With Gliclazide & Vildagliptin

I HAVE REGULARLY BEEN TAKING GLICLAZIDE 80MG+METFORMIN500 MG. NOW DOCTOR PRESCRIBED FOR VOGLIBOSE 0.34MG AND VILDAGLIPTIN50MG+METFORMIN500 MG. SHOULD I TAKE ALL THESE MEDICIDES TO REDUCE THE SUGAR LEVEL. THE PRESENT LEVEL IS FBS272 & PPBS 326. PLEAS EADVISE IMMEDIATELY.

Yes, those levels are very high, so you need to do something to bring them down. Have you discussed your concerns with your doctor?
