Vitamin K2 And Sintrom Interference

i developed osteoporosis because i have been taking sintrom since 1996. so i want to take vitamin k2 too. does vitamin k2 lower my inr that i want around 2,75 and if yes id like to know if its ok that i take vitamin k2 together with sintrom. i mustnt stop sintrom but my osteoporosis is progressing because of lack of vitamin k in my bones. so can i take vitamin k2 to help my osteoporosis,cos as i understand sintrom blocks vitamin k1 but not vitamin k2 and vitamin k2 does not lower my inr. is this true? please help cos i have already broken both my wrists. i am afraid for my hips. i am no on protelos which is in fact stroncium for my osteoporosis but many doctors do not approve of it. thanks.

i am very precise. i unfortunatelly have two conditions,for which the treatment is opposite to each other. for my hearts metalic valve in aorta i need to have less vitamin k in my blood and so that my blood clotting would be slower than normal which is inr 1 but my inr should be 2,75 so i actually bleed 2,77 times longer from a same skin wound than a person that does not take blood thinning drug sintrom as i do,and who therefore bleeds much shoter time than i from the same skin wound. this is cos sintrom kills my vitamin k.
unfortunatelly i also have serious osteoporosis. and this is exactly cos i take this blood thinner. i have developed osteoporosis ever since i have started taking blood thinner sintrom,ten yrs ago. and this is because the bones need vitamin k but my plastic aortic valve is in danger if vitamin k is in my blood in normal quantity,something that my bones need.
obviously my plastic valve in my heart is more important than my bones. cos if i had enough vitamin k in my bones,this would make my blood thicker and then a thromb wouild start the proces of blcking the working of my mechanical valve. cos thromb is sticky. so at one thromb there would be one other sticking to it and so on. cos trombs have to block the wounds on skin,but they would also block my heart valve from opening and closing tight during my sistole and diastole of my heart. and i would die. and i cannot die from osteiporosis. or can i? i already broke both my hand wrists so my hands are now half as good as they had been before the brakage. and they both hurt constantly and have inflamation on the brakage spots which is dangerous. inflamation is dangerous for u.
so i read on the internet that my drug sintrom kills my vitamin k1 but that it would not kill vitamin k2 which is by the way a better form of vitamin k both for my bones and arteries. but what about thrombs and clotting?
so does anyone know whether sintrom kills vitamin k2 as it kills vitamin k1. i bought vitamin k2 and i am taking it,but in the paper provided with the bottle,it says that people on blood thinning treatment,that is i who take sintrom for thinning of my blood cos i have a metalic aortic valve,that these persons should not take vitamin k2 cos it would act contrary to sinrom. k2 would thicken my blood while sintrom is thinning it. so i am maybe taking k2 for nothing and pay my money for nothing...only to find myself needing more blood thinning sintrom to fight the vitamin k2 that i take together with sintrom.
BUT I REMEMBER THAT I SOMEWHERE READ THAT VITAMIN K2 IS NOT BEING DESTROYED BY SINTROM AND THAT IT,THE K2,DOES NOT MAKE MY BLOOD THICKER. IT ONLY,AS I REMEMBER HAVING READ,HELPS THE BONE HEALTH,TOGETHER WITH CALCIUM MAGNESIUM AND PHOSPHORUS,AND ALSO IT CLEANS MY ARTERIES AND POSSIBLY MY METALIC VALVE FROM CALCIUM DEPOSITES,WHICH MY VALVE IS IN DANGER OF,TOGETHER WITH THROMBS.
PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND THE WORKINGS OF VITAMIN K2. VITAMIN K1 IS DEFINITELLY AN ENEMY OF MY HEART VALVE AND A FRIEND OF MY BONES,BUT WHAT ABOUT VITAMIN K2? THANKS A LOT. NIKI
