I am 20. does evion vitamin e capsules have side effects ?? how to take this .. and for how much time period ??

It is just a nutritional supplement, so it has not been tested for side effects, as is done with actual medications. There aren't even any real anecdotal reports to use and provide you with information, because this one is so benign.

As to how to take it, you should follow the instructions on the packaging and, unless your doctor has told you otherwise, there is no specific time period of anything to give you.

There is also no age limit for a vitamin, they can be beneficial to everyone, but the amounts and specific ones needed may vary due to many different factors.
