Vitamin D Tablet Tayo 60k

One doctor suggest me ato 60 k tablet for me becasue i have complaint of neck pain last five years but now last two month have increases so that he advised me Tab Tayo 60k once week
Is it okey for me, please sugget me good advise.

Hi,
My wife and I got our blood tests done and have been diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency. While it should be above 30, we have got just 9.
Would be great if you can suggest some tablets and some home remedies which can help in absorption of vitamin D.

Vitamin D is given to solve the problem of Vitamin D deficiency. While Vitamin D deficiency CAN cause neck pain, vitamin d is not given to solve neck pain. So, hopefully your doctor actually got a vitamin d level, determined that your vitamin D level was low, and that is why you have been given Vitamin D. It is not given 'just' for neck pain.
Also, the foods that the previous poster suggested have almost no vitamin d in them. It's completely futile to try to get enough vitamin d from any foods. The ONLY good source of vitamin d, other than supplements, is the sun.

I haven't been able to find any information on Vitamin D tayo 60k tablets, but I can provide some information for the supplement Vitamin D.
Based on my research, neck pain has been linked to Vitamin D deficiency. I imagine that your doctor prescribed these tablets to treat the deficiency in hopes that it would put a stop to the neck pain. Usually Vitamin D supplements are taken once a day, but since I'm not exactly sure what type of supplement you have it's best that you follow your doctor's instructions, or give him a call to verify the dosage.
Here is a list of foods that you may want to add into your diet, due to the fact they contain larger amounts of of Vitamin D:
-Almonds
-Leafy greens (such as: kale and spinach)
-Various types of fish
-Cod liver oil
-Eggs
-Mushrooms
