My wife who is 55 years old and is well past menopause, is having lower back pain. She has a sedentary table job which we guess aggravates the condition. We would like to try calcium with vitamin D & A - all in one pill preferably. We understand 1,000 IU of vitamin D is required per day. I would like to know the name of the pill manufactured by any leading pharma company in India like Cipla, Zydac Cadilla, Lederle, Pfizer, J&J, Glaxo, etc. Kindly help.
