Vit D250 000 Couse Weight Gain

vit D 2 1.25mg50.000 unit . will it cause weight gain. I don't want to gain weight...I gained 20 pounds ..is it from the VITD2 ?

No, this is just a nutritional supplement, it is present in many foods that you eat, such as dairy products and isn't known to cause weight gain.

As a matter of fact, it's known to cause very few side effects, at all, as listed by the FDA, other than possibly diarrhea.

Are you on any other medications?
