It is just a nutritional supplement. Grape seed extract contains a good concentration of Vitamin E, flavonoids and a few other nutrients.

However, while some of the nutrients it contains are vital to your overall health, it will not actually cure any disease. It can help with some problems that may be caused by a deficiency in the nutrients it contains, but that's the most it does.

Have you been advised to take it?
