That symbol is the logo for Andrx Pharmaceuticals.

This tablet contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone. This is a generic for Vicoprofen, a narcotic analgesic.

Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
