Well, I can't tell you anything from that description, it's the imprint on a tablet that tells you what it is an what's in it, not the color and shape.
Vicodin contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, this is a narcotic analgesic.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
