Hydrocodone bitartrate + Acetaminophen 7.5 mg / 325 mg (M366) by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals

This is really generic Norco, and not generic Vicodin... The Vicodin strength closest to this is 7.5mg/750 mg

That ID is correct, though since they contain the same ingredients, most doctors and pharmacists use Norco and Vicodin interchangably.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I had surgery on the very top of my left leg bone from a bad staff infection abcessed. And was prescribed Norco and this Norco is a JOKE for a pain medication. I was told by a Nurse that they don't make Lortab anymore and I've researched it and it's true. The FDA has changed the formula/less tylenol in all hydrocodone containing medicines. I am totally shocked and upset and in pain about it. I remember before the FDA changed the hydrocodone products whatever they did I know they changed to less Tylenol beca5of afraid of liver disease LOL!! Since the FDA put away the wonderful Lortab with Norco then why don't the FDA take Tylenol off Walmart shelves since they're worried about to much Tylenol being in a Lortab Lol!! Now the simple pain relief of Lortab is gone because of FDA and we're left with horrible non relief nauseating Norco for pain. Utterly ridiculous. All that we can do is write to the FDA about it.
