Has anyone else noticed that a popular brand that all the pharmacies are giving people do not work? Can they get in trouble for their products not being what they are supposed to be?

What popular brand are you referring to? Not all pharmacies in the U.S. will offer the same generic, at the same time. Thus, no one can really comment without knowing more information, such as who the listed manufacturer is, or what the markings on the tablet are, so can you please post back with more details?
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
