The last three days i have experienced off and on vibration like sensation of my below belly and inside my vagina, previously, 3 weeks or so i was on treatment for greenish yellowish discharge, with itching around my vagina that is fungal bacteria infection.Could you be of help to this vibration like sensation?

A greenish-yellow discharge would be a bacterial infection, no fungal. Were you given an antibiotic for it?
The vibration is most likely just some muscle spasms and is usually nothing to worry about, though you should have it checked out, if you're concerned.
