This contains the active ingredients Guaifenesin and Hydrocodone, it is an expectorant and cough suppressant.

Since it does contain the narcotic Hydrocodone, there is a chance that it could be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation.
