i found this pill on my brothers floor while babysitting and im nervouse because the kids are 4 and 6 and they handed me this one but still myself ,i dont know if there were more. they know better, im just terrified because my brother is away and i need to know what medication this is.

This tablet contains 25mgs of Topiramate, an anticonvulsant that is also commonly used to treat migraines.
If you've no reasons to believe the kids took them, then relax, there is no reason to be terrified. Just make it clear that if they find any more of them, they are to bring them to you immediately.
This is a pretty low dosage and just make sure you watch the kids for any signs that they may have ingested them, such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness and severe drowsiness.
