Very Small Round Peach Colored Pill

I have a very small in size round peachy pink colored pill. There is nothing on it besides the number 18. I was told it was adderal but Im still curious as to what it is.

Is it about the size of an Aspirin?

Because that's the only thing I'm turning up, a round, pink/peach tablet with an 81 on it that contains 81mgs of Aspirin, the dosage that's commonly used for heart health and blood thinning.

However, there was another post on here recently asking about a tablet meeting this description and it was also claimed to be one of the ADHD medications….

But at this time, I cannot find anything in the prescription drug databases that verifies that.

Does anyone else know more?
