Verapamil Sr And Enalapril

i am taking isoptin sr 120 mg{verapamil} for bradycardia and hypertension, but sometimes my bp is still high, can i take 2.5 mg of enalapril together to control the bp or is it harming

They can be taken together and are sometimes prescribed together, when someone's blood pressure is very high and their doctor needs to bring it down fast.

However, only your doctor can say if it is the right medication for you to try.

How high is your blood pressure? Do you watch the fat and salt in your diet? As reported by the NIH, both can contribute to high blood pressure, in some people.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of these medications as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
