There is a green tablet that contains 240mgs of Verapamil in an extended release formulation, which bears the markings APO on one side and VSR 240 on the other.
It is a type of calcium channel blocker that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and hypotension.

Is there anything else I can help with?
the imprint is SR then 240 with a score between the two
I can't verify that for you unless you tell me what the imprint is on the green capsules.
