Verapamil 12 Hour Versus 24 Hours Dosages

Do you still make verapamil 240mg 12 hour? I have been taking this dosage for years. What would I expect if I start taking the 24 hour tablet? Called 2 pharmacies and they do not carry the 12 hour dose.

There really shouldn't be a lot of changes switching from one to the other, except for only taking one pill daily, rather than two. Has your doctor okayed the switch?

Side effects to this medication may include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, cough and hypotension.
