Venlafaxine Hcl Er 75mg

I am regularly take
atenelol 100mg one a day
methimazole 5 mg three times a week
ipramine hcl 50mg two at nite
temazapan 30mg one at nite
until two months ago I was also taking:
Oxycodone 30mg two, four times a day
Oxycontin 40mg one twice a day..
This is a long story.
in May my Dr. gave me three scripts for the two narcotics. I left them at the drug store after having the May one filled. in June i went back to have the June one filled and they had no record of June or Julys script. Since I had just been robbed in March of just the two narcotics on the day i had them filled and had to call the police, file a report to get another script I was too embarrassed to ask the Dr. to redo them again. I went 6 weeks without the two. I have chronic back pain from surgery that went wrong and fibromyalgia among other things. When I went back to her we restarted my pain pills. Since I had been off so long we started with
oxycodone 10mg one three times a day
morpheme er 15mg twice a day
and a new one for the fibromyalgia..venlafaxine hcl 75mg.
questions... should i take the ipramine and venlafaxine both? statement... Maybe it's just the placebo affect but the fibromyalgia seems much better and since most chronic pain sufferers are depressed that seems to help that also but...I worry about taking the two anti depressants. maybe they are different kinds?

It would be best to ask your doctor whether or not she wants you to take both. Combining the Imipramine and the Venlafaxine creates the risk of your developing serotonin syndrome, which may be fatal.

It can also cause prolongation of the QT interval of your heart, which may be dangerous.

This doesn't mean they can't be taken together, but that your doctor should be monitoring you regularly.

Other side effects, of Venlafaxine may possibly include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and weight changes.
