Vari Betamethasone Cream Used For Acne

I have acne on the back of my neck. My age is 71 years. I have tried antibiotics with no success. I am desperate. Info I got says it is incurable. Please help.

Actually, since this cream contains a steroid, it can cause acne as a side effect, so it isn't likely to help, according to the NIH.

Acne is always curable, so to speak, depending on the underlying cause. If you deal with whatever is causing it, the acne will go away.

Are you on any medications? Did your doctor give you any idea of what's causing the acne?
