I used valsartan 40 for high bp since 10years but now my bp is not contol suggest me

It can be normal for our bodies to get used to any given medication and dosage, so it may stop working as well for us. You may need a dosage adjustment, or to try a different medication.

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
