Valparin Chrono 500 , Hands And Legs Shivering, Swelling On The Knee

taking valparin chrono 500 from 6 days continuously along with Zeptol CR 200( currently should continue for other 4 days and stop), frezium 5 mg 1/2 (today is the last day), hands and legs of the patient are shivering and she got swelling on her knee. should we stop the medicine(valparin chrono 500). please help me
