Can bactrim ds be inserted vaginally if not able to keep down orally ?

No, that wouldn't be a good idea. Since they aren't manufactured to be used as pessaries and antibiotics can cause yeast infections…well, I think you can see where I'm going with this.

If you can't keep it down orally, then you may want to talk to your doctor about trying a different antibiotic that won't be so harsh on your stomach, or see if they can prescribe an antiemetic to prevent the vomiting.
