V3201 Switch Too 853 Watson , Dont Work??!!

I've been taking a 10 /325 norco with big V on one side and v3601 on other darker yellow. i sitched to watson 853 10/325. the watsons don't seem to work. does it take time to get used to new pill or something . please help.

There can be differences in generic drugs, the FDA does allow them to differ, from the name brand, in the amount of the active ingredient(s) by as much as plus or minus 20%.

Problems can arise, however, because they are only required to measure against the name brand, not against each other, therefore, when you switch from one generic to another, you may find that one doesn't work as well, because you may not be getting as much of the medication as you were in the prior one.

In some cases, they may even be stronger, which could cause problems for some people.

The one with the V marking is manufactured by Qualitest/Vintage Pharmaceuticals, so you may want to ask your pharmacy if they can order that one in for you.
