V On One Side 3504 Other

The pill is oblong,has 3504 written on one side. A friend in his early sixties
Gave me one to relieve severe joint
Pain.I think it's hydricodone , is my guess accurate?

Could the imprint be "3594 V" by chance? If so, your guess would be accurate. From what I could gather, V 3594 is identified as Acetaminophen 500mg + Hydrocodone 7.5mg. It also happens to be a white oblong pill with little green specks all over.
