round orange pill, with a fancy looking v imprinted on one side and then on the other side is a 51 on one half of it and a 38 on the other half of it....what type of pill is this??name, type, side effects..etc...???

This tablet contains 112.5mgs of Promethazine, a generic for Phenergan. This is an antihistamine, primarily used for it's ability to prevent vomiting.

Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, blurred vision, constipation and dry mouth.

After I was struck by a large SUV as a pedestrian while walking
To my car I sustained multiple injuries to my lumbar
And nerve damage. The Dr placed me on Loratab 10mg
Whn I was referrd to a pain clinic my meds for pain
Was changed to Percete 10mg.
What's the difference and is this meds more effective and or more
Addictive?

It's PERCOCET and it is a mixture of tylenol and oxycodone, definitely more potent than the hydrocodone from the Lortab. Please use as little as you comfortably cand and never, ever mix it with either alcohol or medications containing alcohol. This medication may be habit forming. I wish you well with a smooth and speedy recovery.
