V 2090 How To Ingest

Is this pill (V 2090 alprazolam) is it an orally disintegration, sub lingual, or just meant to be swallowed type of pill, I cannot find this info anywhere. And same question for the 2mg xanx imprinted with GG 2 4 9. Thanks for any info u have.

These are just regular tablets and are meant to be swallowed intact with a full 8 ounce glass of water.

This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
